I wanted to give you my starting measurements so you could see the changes that have been made! The measurements were actually taken 3 weeks ago when I hadn’t changed my diet–right after the holidays!

Height: 5’5”

Weight: 139.4

Bust: 36.5

Waist: 27.25

Hips: 37.5

Thighs: 22.5 R & L

Calves: 14.15

Biceps: 11.75 Unflexed 12.25 flexed

Shoulders: 40.5

Two weeks after cleaning up my diet….

Weight: 136.4

Bust: 34

Chest (just below): 29.5

Waist: 27

Hips: 36.75

Thighs: 22.25 R 21.87 L

Calves: 14 R&L

Biceps: 11.75

Shoulders: 40.75

Let’s see those numbers keep go down!
